Who Needs Shed Instructions?
When I started my project, I didn’t have any shed instructions. I did have a little experience helping others build sheds, but that was about it. Really now, do we men need instructions? We typically try to just make a project work……..and then we look for the instructions, right?
Without shed instructions, my project lasted for weeks because of the snags that I would run into. I would run into a problem, then have to find someone to answer my questions. A cycle like that can really slow you down, so do yourself a favor by finding some good plans. Shed plans are like a friend standing over your shoulder telling everything that needs to happen in order, so you can avoid the mistakes.
Good shed instructions will include:

- a materials list
- detailed step by step instructions
- pictures, pictures, pictures
- clear design drawings showing how pieces go together
